What To Do If You Become Ill

If you become ill with swine flu…

If you become ill with swine flu (or suspect that you have become ill with it) while enrolled in any Computer Science course please call 494-2093 and leave a message with name, student identification number, and when you anticipate being able to resume attending classes.

Administrative staff in the Faculty of Computer Science will notify your Computer Science teachers.  It is your responsibility to report any absence to teachers who are not in the FCS.  Your notification will help Your teachers to make whatever adjustments may be necessary.

If you suspect that you are ill with swine flu…

If you suspect that you are ill with swine flu you do not need a physician's note to excuse you for missing class.  Many physicians recommend that if you suspect that you have swine flu you stay away from their offices to avoid spreading the infection to other people in the waiting room.
