• September 4, 2013: We had our first class today. The lecture slides and other resouces regarding chapter 1 are available on MyITLab course page. If you don't have access to MyITLab, please download these here; Course Intro, Syllabus, and MyITLab instructions.

• September 9, 2013:  Please download the Chapter 1 slides here. We will start the Excel hands-on exercises in next class. Please make sure to have access on class PCs and MyITLab.
• September 11, 2013:  Please download the Chapter 5 slides here. All students are required to finish 5 skill and 5 project based training exercises before next lecture (Monday).
• September 16, 2013:  Chapter 6 slides can be found here. Students need to complete 4 exercises of chapter 6 and 4 mini-projects. Check this video to know the process of MyITLab project submission and how to view your results.  Please start your work on these tasks and continue in next lecture.
• September 18, 2013: Please download today's slides here. In-class exam 1 will be on Monday (September 23, 2013) at lecture time. All the topics of Chapters 5 and 6 are important for exam. Computer exam will be on MyITLab. Please make sure to have smu network and MyITLab access. All skilled based exercises of both chapters (5 & 6) are important for computer exam. Demo-exam is available on MyITLab course page.
• September 20, 2013: The due date of projects is extended to October 7, 2013 (before Mid term exam). In next lecture, I will explain you the steps of projects and a hint sheet (including formulas used in projects) will be provided for your help.
• September 23, 2013: The hint sheets for both projects are added in the project folder of MyITLab.
• September 25, 2013:  Please download the Chapter 7 slides here. All students should try to finish 2 exercises of Chapter 7 before next lecture (Monday).
• September 28, 2013:  The results of in-class exam 1 are now available on the MyITLab Gradebook. Please feel free to contact me if you find any error or have any question.
• September 30, 2013:  Today's lecture slides are available here.
• October 02, 2013:  Please download today's lecture slides here. Midterm exam will be on Monday (October 07, 2013) at lecture time. All the topics of Chapters 1, 5 and 6 are important for written exam. Computer exam will be on MyITLab. Please make sure to have smu network and MyITLab access. All skilled based exercises of chapters (5-8) are important for computer exam. Demo-exam is available on MyITLab course page.
• October 04, 2013:  The submission due date of projects (1-3) is extended to October 28, 2013. However, it is highly recommended to do at-least one attempt of these projects before mid term which will be helpful for the preparation of your midterm computer exam. Have a nice weekend.
