Dr. Nur zincir-Heywood

I am a full professor of Computer Science, at Dalhousie University in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. I am interested in designing and developing intelligent and secure systems for modeling and analyzing different behaviours on applications, services and networks.

Recently, I have been awarded as a Distinguished Research Professor in recognition of my contributions to research and scholarship.

I also love tuning in to CBC Information Morning, some mornings I join them, too.

We have a journal Special Issue on AI and network/service management in IEEE TNSM Special Issue.

What a great time we had at our first “Dal FCS Hands on Security Day”! Thanks a lot to 2Keys and Cisco for sponsoring our event: Hands‑On Security: Students Take Part in Live Case Competition
