Pedagogy and Course Design
Current research involved active learning, engagement, and alignment of learning outcomes with teaching practice. In addition, one major part of my ongoing research is in the field of developing application for reflective pedagogy, and object oriented design of course development.
Current Research Topics

Cloud Computing and Security
I have designed a Re-configurable Context-Aware security framework for mobile cloud computing, which can be used as a security solution for smart city applications, such as, smart grid, smart healthcare, smart traffic, smart water etc.
The usage of cloud infrastructure and mobile device is increasing everyday which makes the cloud computing environment susceptible to various attacks. It is very important to address those issues to achieve a secured and reliable infrastructure. I work on addressing various issues related to cloud computing.
Apart from mobile cloud computing security, my areas of interests are – social media analysis, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval and Semantic Web.
