A research-oriented software and games developer with a strong interest in developing persuasive gamified systems targeted at various user groups.

I am interested in developing persuasive gamified systems, tailored to different user groups across different domains and technologies. I am exploring the impacts of human factors like personality traits, motivation appeal and cultural traditions on the effectiveness of persuasive and gamified systems.
