Part 3: What about the pop-up dialogue box?

The dialogue box is the result of

     <head>
      <!-- ... -->
      <meta 
        http-equiv="Content-Script-Type"
        content="text/javascript" />
      <!-- ... -->
     </head>

and

     <body
       onload="alert('This is the JavaScript version.')">
     <!-- ... -->

Questions

Why must the Content-Script-Type be present?
- Why must it be in the head?
Do we need two type of quotation marks in the onload?
- Does it matter which ones we use in the HTML and which in the JavaScript?
Can we write onLoad (with uppercase L) instead?
What will happen if the HTML file is read by a browser that doesn't understand JavaScript?
