Any item in a sublist, regardless of position, can be moved out. After an item is moved out of a

only item in the sublist the sublist will be removed as it is now empty.

Instructions
OK and Cancel behave exactly as you would expect Yes
and No to behave.
If you click OK to manually entering coordinates, you will be prompted to enter coordinates for each
item in the top level of the list.
Coordinates must be entered in x,y format. For example 20,100. Do not include brackets ie. (20,100).
Coordinate 0,0 is the top left of the canvas. Negative numbers are not valid and will be moved automatically
back onto the canvas.
While entering coordinates, if you click Cancel then you will be asked if you would like the coordinates for
the item to be randomly generated. If you again click Cancel, manual entry mode is ended and the previously
entered coordinates are erased.
Sublist names have a + prepended to indicate the item can be clicked.
Clicking on a sublist name will take you back to the list view, however, you will only see the sublist
you clicked on. While viewing a sublist you can modify it normally.
Diamond will place the items automatically in a diamond pattern.
Random will place the items randomly on the map.
Arbitrary co-ords will place the items at new random coordinates.
If at some point you declined to enter the coordinates manually, Manual Enter will
allow you enter the coordinates manually.
List View takes you back to viewing the full list.
Click Instructions to display or hide instructions.
Maps generated by random or user input coordinates will be saved between list and map switches, but not between
sessions. If a change is made to the list the old map is discarded.
If a sublist item is selectd and the "insert" key is pressed the item's name will be swapped with the sublist's name.
