Meta-Sections?
Meta-sections are parts of the website which are about the structure or presentation of the website and not the article proper.
The label Meta-section:
should only appear if your browser is
not using CSS.
That label is also a link to this webpage.
When rendered in print or on a screen by a browser using CSS, the meta-sections
should be in a different colour, with a border, and with a larger
right margin than other parts of the article.
