Painless scheduling of meetings use doodle polls.
To find a meeting time, use a doodle poll, a free web service.
0. Click on the "Schedule and event" button
1. Enter meeting name, location, a short description, and your name and email
address
2. Days: Select the days of candidate times from the calendar
displayed.
3. Times: Enter the start times (or the start and end times)
of the candidate time slots
Enable time-zone support if you have participants from multiple
time zones, so that the poll they get to see is in their time zone.
4. Skip the next step to set up a Basic Poll
5. You send the invitation: Copy and paste the participation link
displayed to all the participants, and ask them to visit the link, and enter
their name and availability at the given times. You will get email notification
when a participant does so. When all participants have entered their availability,
visit the poll yourself and pick the time when everyone can make it.
The administration link allows you to edit or close
the poll, if needed.
If you use doodle polls often, you may want to set up an account for yourself, so that you have a record and links to the recent polls you have set up, under the "MyDoodle" link in the home page.
