You are to do a competitive analysis of task management software that might be used in support of the Getting Things Done (GTD) Task Management methodology created by David Allen. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Getting_Things_Done for an overview and David Allen's book for a detailed description. 

Imagine that you are a software architect for Company X and your boss has descided that there may be a market for personal workflow management software based on the GTD methodology. You are to conduct an initial analysis of the opportuity and submit back a report on your findings. Your report should contain at least the following:

• Title page (1 page)
• Executive Summary  (1 page)
• Table of Contents  (1 page)
• Introduction  (1 - 2 pages)
• Summary of the GTD methodology (2-3 pages)
• High level Requiorements Analysis (2-3 pages)
• list of the key feature that a personal workflow managment system based on GTD must support
• Competitive Analysis (3-8 pages)
• detailed analysis of existing software in this space
• develop analysis grids for key features, advanced feature, archtiecture, etc
• Summary: what are the best products out there? Why? What is missing?
• The Opportunity (2-4 pages)
• Your analysis of the opportuity
• The approach/high-level design you would recommend
• Conclusion and open issues (1-2 pages)
