I am a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Computer Science at Dalhousie University. My academic supervisors are Dr. Evangelos Milios and Dr. Nur Zincir-Heywood.
As a member of the Network Information Management and Security Group, I have defended my Master's thesis here at Dalhousie and am also a part of the Machine Learning and Networked Information Spaces Lab during my PhD education.
Other than school stuff, I ENJOY kickboxing and scuba diving!!! I have been an active member of Dalhousie Women in Technology Society (WiTS) since September 2008. I have also been a proud (founder) member of the Turkish Society of Nova Scotia since 2007.
