outline:

This course is a basic introduction to technology issues and in particular web-centric programming for electronic commerce students without previous CS or programming background. We cover some basic networking, web programming and cryptopgraphy topics, including introductions to SHTML, basic JavaScript, PHP, SQL & Database access, XML, Session and access control. 

grading scheme:

Tests 40%
