The paper must be submitted by email to tt@cs.dal.ca before April 15, 2010, with the subject line `CNS project'. Use letter format with font size of at least 11pt. The page limit is 6 pages including possible appendices, references and figures. The paper must include a title, the name and affiliation of the authors, and an abstract not exceeding 100 words. References must comply to APA style.
