GPI Atlantic (http://www.gpiatlantic.org/) has just released the first comprehensive progress index for Nova Scotia. Write a paper, not exceeding 6 pages, which dicusses technology in relation to this progress index. For example, the web page includes a draft of their data as Excel worksheet, and you could propose and discuss XML technology for communicating these data.
The paper must conform with the paper guideline. Data files should not be included in the main paper and send in separate files, although it might be a good idea to show snippets of the data in the paper.
Submissions must be received by email to tt@cs.dal.ca by Friday 28, 2008 with the subject line `CSCI1106 final'.
