Propose a canadian progress index which can indicate how well our country is doing in achieving goals that you find important for our society.
Develop the syntax with XML technology for representing the data which are necessary to calculate the index. Search for data on the internet and plot some development of your index over time.
Write a brief report, not exceeding 4 pages, which outlines your progress index and your developed technology.
