As it turns out, Shubenacadie Sam and Punxsutawney Phil both saw their shadows this morning — however Wiarton Willie did not. The official ruling is for 6 more weeks of winter — which is how long this snow is going to take to melt anyway, even if it was warm. That said, my weather widget is saying that we will have temperatures on the happy side of zero starting tomorrow until at least Saturday.
